At the Museum of the Coastal Swedes, Swedish language enthusiasts gather to refresh their language skills.
If your Swedish is rusty, or you just find it enjoyable to speak and remember, you are welcome to join the Swedish language conversation group, which started in November 2017. The conversation group is a great opportunity to practice your language skills in a relaxed and pleasant everyday conversation. The initiator of the Swedish language conversation group is the Finnish Swede Mikael Sjövall. We thank the Riguldi-Noarootsi Village Association for their support.
We also welcome new Swedish language enthusiasts. The conversation group meets every other week on Thursdays from 5 pm to 6 pm at the Museum of the Coastal Swedes, located at Sadama 31, Haapsalu. Participation is free. The conversations are facilitated by Kaire Reiljan and Lydia Kalda. For more information about the exact schedule, please contact lydia@aiboland.ee.
Welcome to the conversation group! See you at the Museum of the Coastal Swedes!
Since October 2018, talharpa (a traditional Swedish and Estonian bowed lyre) lessons have been taking place at the Museum of the Coastal Swedes.
